Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor delivery progress.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@valdero.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage.
